Mortgage registration should pay attention to five points
1. registration of mortgage in jointly by the mortgagor and the mortgagee shall be applied for;
2. third party guarantee the debt, the debtor does not belong to the applicant, no application, but shall provide proof of identity as the original;
3. mortgage of restricted rights such as property seizure should not exist, no dispute over the ownership;
4. mortgage loan contracts between enterprises cannot;
5. mortgage right number, applicants for the establishment of the mortgage after the mortgage should be made clear in a mortgage contract to guarantee the other creditor amount of debt, or by any other written means clear.
